Create an account, sign in, recover access, manage account details, update your password, and delete an account when needed.

What your KlarVPN account controls

Your account keeps your sign-in email, subscription status, bandwidth allowance, private tunnel assignment, device sign-ins, and support ID together. Use the same account when you want your plan and settings to follow you across your personal devices.

  • Use the same email address when signing in on each device.

  • The Profile tab shows your account status, expiry date, account email, account ID, subscription options, and password settings.

  • Your account ID is useful when support needs to find your account without exposing private activity data.

Create a new account

Create an account the first time you use KlarVPN, or when you want to start with a new email address.

1. Open KlarVPN and choose Sign up.

2. Enter a valid email address. This email becomes your KlarVPN sign-in email.

3. Create a password and enter it again in Confirm Password.

4. Tap Sign Up.

5. After the account is created, continue through VPN setup so KlarVPN can create your secure tunnel configuration.

Check the email spelling, make sure there is an @ symbol and domain, and confirm that the two password fields match exactly.

Invalid email

If KlarVPN shows an invalid email message, the email format is not accepted. Re-enter the address with a valid format, such as [email protected]. Remove spaces, missing symbols, and typing mistakes before trying again.

If the password and confirmation do not match, KlarVPN will not create the account. Retype both fields carefully and tap Sign Up again.

If the email is already connected to a KlarVPN account, use Sign In instead of creating a second account. If you do not remember the password, reset the password for that email address and then sign in again.

Tip

Use the email address that owns your subscription. Creating a new account with a different email can make an active subscription look missing until the correct account is used.

Sign in to an existing account

Sign in when you already have a KlarVPN account, when you reinstall the app, or when you want to use the same subscription on another personal device.

1. Open KlarVPN and choose Sign In.

2. Enter the email address used for your KlarVPN account.

3. Enter your password.

4. Tap Sign In.

5. After sign-in, KlarVPN loads your account details, plan status, and available VPN tunnel configuration.

If sign-in does not work

  • Check that the email address is the same one used when the account was created.

  • Make sure the password is typed exactly as created. Passwords are case-sensitive.

  • If you recently changed your password on another device, use the new password here.

  • If you cannot remember the password, reset it instead of creating a new account.

Recover access if you forgot your password

Use password recovery when you know the account email but cannot sign in with the current password.

1. Open the sign-in screen.

2. Tap Forgot password.

3. Enter the email address for your KlarVPN account.

4. Open the reset email and follow the link.

5. Create a new password, then return to KlarVPN and sign in again.

Password reset links expire after 30 minutes. If the link has expired, request a new reset email and use the newest link.

  • Check spam or junk folders if the reset email does not arrive quickly.

  • If you used Google, GitHub, Apple, or another provider to create the account, sign in with that provider instead of using a password.

View account details in Profile

The Profile tab is the main place to check account and login information.

1. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation.

2. Check Account status to confirm the account is active.

3. Use Expires to see account expiry date shown in the app.

4. Tap the eye icon beside Email to reveal or hide the account email.

5. Tap the copy icon beside ID when you need to copy your account ID for support.

What each account field means

  • Account status: shows whether the account is active.

  • Expires: shows the current expiry date displayed for the account.

  • Email: the email address used to sign in. It can be hidden or shown from the eye icon.

  • ID: a unique account identifier. Use the copy icon if support asks for it.

  • Manage Subscription: opens plan and billing options.

  • Change Password: opens the password update screen.

Change your password

Change your password from Profile when you know the current password and want to replace it with a new one.

1. Go to Profile.

2. Tap Change Password.

3. Enter your Current Password.

4. Enter the New Password.

5. Enter the same new password in Confirm New Password.

6. Tap Update Password.

Other devices signed in to the same KlarVPN account are signed out after the password is updated. Sign back in with the new password on those devices.

Current password is invalid

If the current password is invalid, KlarVPN cannot verify the change. Re-enter the current password carefully. If you do not know it, use password recovery from the sign-in screen instead.

New password and confirmation do not match

If the new password and confirmation are different, the update will not continue. Retype both fields and tap Update Password again.

When the change is successful, KlarVPN returns to Profile and shows a Password updated message.

Sign out of KlarVPN

Sign out when you want to remove the current account from the device or switch to a different KlarVPN account.

1. Open Profile.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page.

3. Tap Sign out.

4. Sign in again when you want to use KlarVPN on the device.

Signing out does not delete the account

Signing out only removes the current sign-in from that device. It does not cancel the subscription, delete the account, or remove the account from KlarVPN servers.

Delete your account

Account deletion is permanent. Use this only when you want to remove the account and stop using KlarVPN with that email address.

Important

Active subscriptions must be cancelled in the Play Store first. Deleting the KlarVPN account does not replace the store cancellation flow.

What gets deleted

  • Your KlarVPN account and email.

  • All active VPN tunnels and sessions.

  • All device sign-ins for the account.

Delete account steps

1. Open Profile and scroll to the bottom.

2. Tap Delete Account.

3. Read the deletion information.

4. Type your account email exactly in the confirmation field.

5. Tap Permanently Delete Account.

6. Confirm the final Delete dialog.

Do not close the app until the deletion request has completed. Once deleted, the account cannot be restored from inside the app.

Common account and login issues

I see Invalid email on Create Account.

Re-enter the email in a normal format such as [email protected]. Remove spaces, missing @ symbols, and incomplete domains.

The app says the account is taken.

Use Sign In with that email. If you forgot the password, reset the password for that account.

I see Invalid email or password on Sign In.

Check that the email belongs to the account and re-enter the password. If you recently changed the password, use the newest one.

I did not receive the password reset email.

Check spam or junk folders, wait a few minutes, and request a new reset link if the first one expires.

I cannot change my password.

The current password must be correct, and the new password must match the confirmation field. If you do not know the current password, use Forgot password.

My subscription is missing after signing in.

You may be signed in with a different email. Sign out and sign back in with the email that owns the subscription, then use Restore purchases if needed.

The Delete Account button is not working.

Make sure the typed email exactly matches the account email shown in Profile. Cancel active subscriptions in the Play Store first if required.
