Written by Support

The Transparency Dashboard gives you a clear view of account and session-level information while confirming that KlarVPN is not storing traffic logs for your sessions.

Before you start

  • Open KlarVPN on your mobile device.

  • Connect to KlarVPN or use the app normally so session information can appear when available.

How to open the Transparency Dashboard

1. Open KlarVPN and go to the main VPN screen and tap the Transparency Dashboard card.

2. Review the Transparency Dashboard screen.

How to read the dashboard

The Transparency Dashboard is not a browsing history page. It is a privacy check page that helps show the difference between basic session records and traffic logs.

  • The session count shows VPN sessions recorded at the app/account level.

  • Recent session rows may show date, duration, and bandwidth when the app displays them.

  • The 0 traffic logs kept message means the dashboard is not keeping website, DNS, destination, or packet-content records for those sessions.

The dashboard should not show:

  • Websites visited.

  • Search activity.

  • DNS requests.

  • Destination IPs.

  • Packet content, messages, or browsing history.

Sessions are not the same as traffic logs

A recent session row can show that a VPN tunnel session happened. It will not show what websites were opened, what DNS queries were made, or what packets were sent.

Recent sessions are usage summaries, not activity records.
