What your KlarVPN account controls

Your account keeps your sign-in email, subscription status, bandwidth allowance, private tunnel assignment, device sign-ins, and support ID together. Use the same account when you want your plan and settings to follow you across your personal devices.

Sign up

Create an account when you are new to KlarVPN. Your account connects your subscription, tunnel configuration, and device access.

Use the same email address on each personal device where you want to use KlarVPN. This keeps your plan, bandwidth, and account settings tied to one account.

  • Enter your email address.

  • Enter a password.

  • Re-enter the same password in Confirm Password.

  • Tap Sign Up.

  • If the email is invalid, correct the email format and try again.

  • If the account already exists, choose Sign in instead of creating a new account.

  • If the password fields do not match, retype both password fields before submitting.

Create Account

Sign in to an existing account

Sign in when you already have a KlarVPN account. Signing in restores your account status, subscription access, and tunnel information for that device.

Use the same email and password you used when creating the account.

  • Enter your account email.

  • Enter your password.

  • Tap Sign In.

  • If you see “invalid email or password,” check for typing mistakes first.

  • If you forgot your password, use the forgot-password option from the sign and we will send the reset code.

  • Never send your password to KlarVPN support.

If sign-in does not work

  • Check that the email address is the same one used when the account was created.

  • Make sure the password is typed exactly as created. Passwords are case-sensitive.

  • If you recently changed your password on another device, use the new password here.

  • If you cannot remember the password, reset it instead of creating a new account.

Recover access if you forgot your password

Use password recovery when you know the account email but cannot sign in with the current password.

1. Open the sign-in screen.

2. Tap Forgot password.

3. Enter the email address for your KlarVPN account.

4. Open the reset email and follow the steps.

5. Put that password in your vpn app and create new password
6. Check spam or junk folders if the reset email does not arrive quickly.

Reset code timing

Password reset expire after 30 minutes. If the code has expired, request a new reset email and use the newest code.

How to follow these steps

  • Sign out

Sign out when you want to remove the current account from the device or switch to a different KlarVPN account.

1. Open Profile.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page.

3. Tap Sign out.

4. Sign in again when you want to use KlarVPN on the device.

Sign out

Signing out does not delete the account

Signing out only removes the current sign-in from that device. It does not cancel the subscription, delete the account, or remove the account from KlarVPN servers.
